Manufacturer Defect Warranty:

Hammer Fishing Rods are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the
original owner against manufacturing defects. To help us provide the best service to you please complete the Product Registration Form online at time of purchase.  Hammer Fishing Rods will need to inspect your rod to determine the nature of the defect. All rods requiring warranty service are to be shipped prepaid and insured to Hammer Fishing Rods in a disposable container along with a purchase receipt and completed Warranty Claim Form.

 ONE TIME PER ROD - ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE REPLACEMENT POLICY

Accidents often happen.   As a courtesy to you our customer, we offer a one-time per customer, replacement policy for rods that have been registered to original owners and damaged in a way not determined to be a manufacturer defect.  We will need to receive the handle and decal portion of your rod,  proof of purchase, and a completed warranty form shipped prepaid to us.  Once we receive your damaged rod we will contact you and provide you a warranty code to use at checkout on our website to replace your rod for 50% of the retail price plus shipping.  Rods are ineligible for this policy 1 year from purchase date.

Hammer Fishing Rods does not offer warranty on guides, tip guides, reel seats or handles. Hammer Fishing Rods reserves the right to determine to repair or replace any
Hammer Fishing Rod product covered by this warranty and the right to replace
any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors
and components may vary between original and replacement parts.  Hammer Fishing
Rods is not responsible for normal wear and tear, nor failures caused by
accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care.
