Warranty


Hammer Fishing Rods are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the
original owner against manufacturing defects. Hammer Fishing Rods will need
to inspect your rod to determine the nature of the defect. Hammer Fishing
Rods is not responsible for normal wear and tear, nor failures caused by
accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care.

Hammer Fishing Rods reserves the right to determine to repair or replace any
Hammer Fishing Rod product covered by this warranty and the right to replace
any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors
and components may vary between original and replacement parts.

To help us provide the best service to you please complete the product
registration online at time of purchase or fill out the product registration card
and return promptly to Hammer Fishing Rods along with proof of purchase
receipt.

All rods requiring warranty service are to be shipped prepaid and insured to
Hammer Fishing Rods in a disposable container along with completed product
repair/warranty form including a check for return shipping in the amount of
$26.00.

After first year of ownership, a $25 service fee plus an additional $26 for handling and shipping is required to be paid before return shipment of rod.

* Hammer Fishing Rods does not offer warranty on guides, tip guides, reel
seats or handles.

 

ONE TIME PER ROD - NO QUESTIONS REPLACEMENT POLICY

Accidents often happen and we understand that here at Hammer Fishing Rods. With that being said we offer a one-time per rod, no questions asked
replacement policy for rods that have been registered to original owners.

To receive warranty claim under our no questions replacement policy, we will
need to receive the handle and decal portion of your rod along with a completed warranty form. Please include payment to cover the below replacement option.

Hammer Elite Series - $80 plus $26 shipping
Hammer JAK Series - $90 plus $26 shipping
